Indian Wedding & ASIAN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY - The Process
We would like to provide some information on the process of booking us for your wedding; from the initial contact, all the way through to us delivering your wedding photos and wedding album.
Making a booking is very straight forward. We will be available throughout the whole process to; answer any questions, provide any advice you may need, make recommendations if you wish, on wedding venues, videographers, caters, makeup artists, decor companies and other vendors.
The Initial Contact
This is the easy part! This can be done completely online if you prefer. We have a contact form on our website or you can email us. You can also call us or we can arrange to meet for a coffee in London. We can also come and meet somewhere convenient for you. With the world of the internet, it is nice to sometimes just speak with a human being!
We will gather your requirements and create a bespoke proposal for you. The proposal will include all the services and products we have discussed with the costs.
If the proposal meets your requirements and are you happy with everything, we can move to the booking stage.
The Actual Booking
To secure your dates and confirm the booking we would require a 50% reservation fee and a signed contract. Once these have been received we would be pleased to announce that you have booked Sikh & Dread Photography as your wedding photographer!
After The Wedding Day
We aim to provide all of your edited wedding photos on an online gallery within 12 weeks of the wedding day. In peak wedding season this can sometimes take a little longer but we would keep you fully updated on progress.
The online gallery can be shared securely with your family and friends.
The Album
The wedding album is the absolute pinnacle of what we produce and is the legacy of your wedding. On the wedding day, we visualise potential album spreads as we shoot. For example, when photographing bride details we would ensure we take a set of images which could make up an album spread. Spreads will be made up of complimentary images which reflect the timeline and story of the day.
We will create your initial design for you. You will then have the opportunity to work with us to make any changes and refine the design. Once the design has been approved we will start the final editing process. After the final approval once editing is complete the design will be sent off for manufacture. The album will be beautifully handcrafted by best album manufacturers in the world. All of our albums are either made by Queensberry or Graphistudio.
